This authentically built American cabin is a replica of the historic cabins that were once built by the first pioneers in America. In the attractively decorated cabin, you will be surrounded by tree trunks and items from America. The original bed is made of round wood. On the bed is a real Pendleton Indian blanket. The Cowhide Cowboy Chair (armchair) is from California and the dining table and chairs from Texas. In the evening sun, it is wonderful to relax in your rocking chair on the veranda.

Welkom bij ‘B ‘t Oale Spoor’, op onze fijne plek direct aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met prive tuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapkamer met 2-p bed en slaapzoldertje met 2 bedden boven de keuken. Het centrum en station is op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en Pieterpad. 2025 volledig gerenoveerd! Permanent verblijf is helaas niet toegestaan.

Hier loopt u zo het bos in, of de hei op en er zijn in de directe omgeving talloze routes voor fiets en mountainbike. Als extra luxe, hebben wij een heuse opgietsauna mét infraroodlampen en een zeer gebruiksvriendelijke hottub op biobrandstof, om van te genieten. Er zijn geen faciliteiten op het park. Restaurants en supermarkten zijn op slechts minuten rijden.

On our property, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, there is a house with a guest house diagonally behind it. The guest house (50 m2) has all the comforts. From the guest house, you overlook the beautifully landscaped garden (1 hectare in size) and the countryside. You come here for peace and for the beautiful nature. For children, the garden is a real play paradise. Haarle is located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can hike and bike beautifully here.

Erve Barink is located near the river "de Regge", a recreational nature reserve. This location offers plenty of opportunities for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. You can wander for hours along "the Regge", the Salland ridge or the Lemelerberg. The accommodation is equipped with a kitchen that is equipped with all comforts. The bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds, so you can enjoy your well-deserved night's sleep.

Our tiny house is 80 meters from a residential area in a small private forest with many birds, squirrels and other animals. Located 200 metres from the Kalvenhaar nature reserve (accessible via a meadow) for a beautiful bike or walking tour. The Sallandse Heuvelrug in Nijverdal and the Pieterpad in Hellendoorn are only 5 minutes away by car. Optional: - Bike rental €8 per day (free from 3 nights).
