Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighbouring Leuth form a state-recognised resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The quiet location directly by the forest, between the lakes Heidweiher, Borner See and Hariksee, invites you to numerous hiking tours, cycling tours and activities in the region. The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes. In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Renovated farmhouse with barn from 1901, formerly known as the "Kleine Pastory". The name of the B&B "in het Land van Kalk" refers to the various lime kilns in the area. An old Kundersteen quarry from bygone times, is 200 meters from our B&B. Voerendaal is the gateway to the Limburg hills. The walks are beautiful. For cyclists, the routes are a Walhalla. The Amstel Gold Race and Limburgs Mooiste are two of the most famous cycling races that pass by our backyard.
