Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddle board and rowboat. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub.

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while watching the beautiful lake landscape. In the middle of nature, a beautiful 55m² cottage and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a sup board and a rowing boat, as well as a wifi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

The tiny house was completed in 2025 and the sauna in the adjacent building is from 2024. The accommodation is perfect for people interested in hiking, biking, fishing, and kayaking.

Along the narrow waters, a historic castle room wow Savonranta by the Orivirra that connects Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. However, if needed, linens will be arranged from the home you stay in.
