Outside there is a wooden dining table, for the children there is a trampoline, and the house is child-friendly. The house is just a short walk from downtown with shopping and restaurants. The train station is 1 km away. In half an hour, you can reach Amsterdam by train. You can cycle to the beach within 20 minutes. Groups of young people under 20 are not allowed.

The station, supermarkets, drugstore, bakery and restaurants are only a minute's walk away. The neighborhood of this guesthouse is really equipped with every comfort. The accommodation built in 2020 has a separate shower and toilet downstairs and upstairs a living/bedroom. There is no cooking facility or outdoor space.

Close to Egmond and train station. Charming, quietly located cottage in Heiloo – the perfect base for your stay. Heiloo is a friendly village with all the facilities you need. The cottage is in our garden and has its own small private patio. Our children sometimes play outside, and our friendly Labradoodle loves a cuddle. Quiet residential area – no parties, or youngsters. Peaceful, centrally located accommodation for 2 people. Close to the sea, beach, forest, and cities (Alkmaar, Haarlem, Hoorn, and Amsterdam). Nice cottage with private access and a terrace with furniture. Completely equipped kitchen with oven. Wood-burning stove, corner sofa, and smart TV. Fixed loft ladder to the top (loft). The ceiling height upstairs is 1.30 m (4 ft 3 in)! Double bed 1.80x2.20cm. Rain shower/toilet. Not suitable for children. No pets. Smoking is not allowed.

Unique apartment in a mansion from 1898. Alkmaar

With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.

100-year-old farmhouse with 7 bicycles

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
