A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the forest. There's also a playground for the kids. Our location is ideally situated. From here you can quickly reach many great amusement parks, start cycling tours or paddle tours on the Aller or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility and birdlife in the "Haus am Holder." The vacation home "Haus am Holder" is lovingly renovated and can accommodate 4 people.

The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

A special highlight is the spacious outdoor area with an inviting swimming pond, which is perfect for relaxing hours in nature. In addition, the lounge in the adjacent paintball facility is at your disposal. Here you can play billiards, table soccer or darts.
