You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

The apartment is suitable for 4 people + 1 child on (extra mattress) There is a double bed (180 cm) and a pull-out sofa bed (160 cm) in the living room. Furniture is allergy-friendly; see the pictures. Heidepark is a 20-minute walk away, and the Wolterdingen train station is a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet.
