Ideally located at the exit of the picturesque village of Saint Martin de Valamas, this large house is ideal for a family holiday and enjoying the thousand and one treasures of the Ardèche. 7 large bedrooms including 3 with bathrooms (sheets and towels not provided), a large living room dining room with pool table. Located just 50m from the famous Dolce Via with its 90km of slopes crossing the Ardèche mountains. Swimming pool renovated in June 2025.
