Detached house on a closed lot, not overlooked. Semi-in-ground pool in summer (3.66 x 1.20) Access to the vegetable garden and chicken coop for organic and fresh products! TV connection to Amazon Prime, Canal+ and Disney. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms including 3 with double beds, 1 with a single semi-height bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub + walk-in shower. Toilet on each floor separate from the bathroom. We have two adorable companions 😸😻 who stay with me during your stay if needed.

5 minutes' drive and 15 minutes' walk from Puy. With individual garage, 350 m from the cottage (free). Spacious, quiet place while being close to the lively places of Le Puy. 75 m² triplex house that is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Renovated on the "Vintage" theme. 2 bedrooms of 17 m2, one with a spa bath and the other with a shower. Cotton linens provided, toilet paper, cleaning products, soap, tea, coffee pod and cooking basics for 10 people.

This charming independent house, with a terrace and pool, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Étienne, close to the grandes écoles , as well as the Palais des Congrès. Fully equipped, it offers comfortable sleeping for 2x2 people. Whether you want to work individually or as a small team , this space is perfect for combining work and relaxation. Just so you know, the staircase to the bedroom is a little steep. No festive events are impossible

Renovated in 2023, its asset is a southwest-facing terrace that offers unobstructed views of the countryside and a small garden.
