Beautiful, new 2-room apartment in a great location!

Hello everyone, my husband Michael and I (Astrid) are renting out a super equipped, modern, cozy apartment in a great location! The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home. We ourselves live on the first floor and upper floor. Our tenants have the advantage that we are very easy to reach live & yet attach great importance to your privacy! It's important to us that you feel comfortable. The pet fee is 20.00 euros per pet. Recently, we have been offering pictures by a young artist in the apartment. Everything that hangs or stands can be bought. Free welcome drinks as well as coffee, sugar, condensed milk are available free of charge. We have set up a small corner where you can also buy drinks at cost price. This saves you a trip to the supermarket.

Duplex apartment/ terrace/ parking lot/home office

Our mechanic apartment in Rodenbach for 6-7 people (single beds) s spacious and comfortable. With our equipped kitchen, the 2 large 55 inch Smart TV's, free WiFi and a beautiful terrace everyone will feel comfortable here. The train station is directly in the neighboring village and takes you directly to Frankfurt without detours. Large stores such as Norma or Rewe can also be found only 3km away - otherwise we have no 50 meters away a bakery that offers delicious baked goods and everyday items.

Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a countryside vacation. If you love to be in the woods in a few minutes and warm up by the fireplace after long walks, you've come to the right place! A large living-dining room with a stylish cooking island for the evening with friends or family rounds off the day. A grand piano is available for musical guests. The apartment is very quietly located, almost on the outskirts of the village, with beautiful distant views of the hills and the Ronneburg.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 bedroom apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and associated with visiting surrounding attractions. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hikers will find numerous hiking trails.
