The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

The more than 100-year-old half-timbered house was lovingly renovated in 2017 and is now looking forward to welcoming its guests. It can accommodate two people. In front of the house, there is a terrace and garden. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and radio provide entertainment. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, sink and toilet. In addition to a kettle, coffee maker & fridge, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Located not far from the city of Bamberg, on the edge of Franconian Switzerland.

Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . Beautifully located right on the edge of the forest, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Zückshut, a small place, is in the immediate vicinity of the World Heritage Site of Bamberg. The Obermain thermal baths, Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery are in approx. 15 minutes by car. Climbing enthusiasts also have Franconian Switzerland close by. In just a few minutes on the A73 and at the A70/A73 interchange. For final cleaning, a one-time fee of €30 will be charged.

I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.
