Exclusive house half (156 sqm) in Lingen-Baccum with separate wellness floor for up to 8-9 people, from two nights. Basic price €150 per night for up to 4 people, each additional person €28. Children up to two years stay free of charge in their parents' room. A baby cot is available. The wellness area (70 sqm) costs, in addition to a basic fee of €30, €20 per person up to three hours, with two uses by the same people, €15 per person per use. Historic Farm House in Countryside

This type of house is known as " ein Heuerhaus'. It was built in 1883 and is one of the few remaining such houses in the area. We renovated it in the late1980's and it is recognised as a National Monument. The area we converted into the appartment for our guests, was originally used for storing the hay and straw for the animals winter fodder The house is surrounded by a large garden and uninterrupted view of the countryside.

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks.
