A large, luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view of the nature reserve and the Alps. Large groups and parties are welcome - we do not have loud noise limitations. The area is ideal for hiking, biking or relaxing in nature. The apartment is part of a small farm (Icelandic horses and sheep) about 4km outside of Gersbach in the south of the Black Forest. Hasel liegt im Dreiländereck, 9Min Fahrzeit bis zum Bahnhof Schopfheim, von dort im 30Min Takt in 26 Minuten nach Basel, zu DSM, Syngenta, Ciba. Die kleine kuschlige Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, die Sie bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichen können. Es ist eine kleine Wohnung mit 26 qm und einem Balkon zum Entspannen zum Bach hin. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küchenzeile mit Tisch und Stühlen, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Separater Eingang. Ihr Auto-Abstellplatz ist vor dem vor dem Haus.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Close to heaven, the view far In the southern Black Forest

The resort for nature lovers is located in the middle of the Southern Black Forest Biosphere Reserve. Above the cloud sea of the Rhine plain stands our beautiful forest house. Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30min. To Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg 45 minutes. Attention: Schweigmatt swimming pool only for club members.

My place is close to forest, meadows, pond, ice rink, ski lift, indoor pool with sauna. You'll love my place because of the coziness, wooden floors, Feng Shui bed 160 × 200, bathtub, shower. Smoke, geopathy, electromagnetic pollution and perfume-free! My place is good for nature-loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and convalescent people, but not for smokers, animals, and the searing of meat is also not desired.

Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesen Valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.
