Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Welcome to our beautiful 2-room apartment (57 m²) in the Chemnitz Schlossviertel. Close to the city centre, in the immediate vicinity of the Schlossteich and the oldest part of our city, you will find our unique and modern apartment on the first floor of an apartment building. Our photo studio is on the ground floor, so we are almost always nearby if required.

The 3-room apartment covers 80 square meters and is located on the first floor of our house in a side street. Hartmannsdorf offers a very good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, playground and outdoor swimming pool with 10 m tower are within walking distance. There is access to the A 72 and local transport.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the tranquility on the outskirts of Chemnitz and explore the city and the beautiful surroundings from here. The apartment is nicely spacious for two people, but three or four people can also sleep comfortably thanks to the pull-out sofa bed.
