We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Single apartment in our detached house. All windows with pleats for privacy. Outdoor seating on the private terrace. Apartment is located on the ground floor and can be reached without climbing stairs. The apartment is very close (2 minutes drive) to the A4 motorway. The large Chemnitz Center shopping center is only 3 min away. The stop of bus line 21 is only 2 minutes walking distance away with which you can reach the city center and the main train station.

This great apartment is located in Chemnitz Rabenstein in a two-family house on a large quiet property with private parking for our guests. The house has been completely renovated and gutted in 2024 and has air conditioning for summer and winter Since we have 2 children ourselves and live in the second apartment, we make sure that your children are thought of. The apartment has its own separate entrance via an external staircase. Capacity: 4 adults plus 1 child

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The 3-room apartment covers 80 square meters and is located on the first floor of our house in a side street. Hartmannsdorf offers a very good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, playground and outdoor swimming pool with 10 m tower are within walking distance. There is access to the A 72 and local transport.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the tranquility on the outskirts of Chemnitz and explore the city and the beautiful surroundings from here. The apartment is nicely spacious for two people, but three or four people can also sleep comfortably thanks to the pull-out sofa bed.
