The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Here you will be surrounded only by beautiful nature. Chalet VLES, located far from civilization, offers the perfect escape from everyday hustle and bustle. Get ready for an experience where the only neighbors will be trees, birds and the murmur of a stream. Indulge in fresh air, pure spring water and the opportunity to plant your own tree as a memory of an unforgettable stay. For nature lovers, we also offer the possibility of picking forest fruits. Family apartment in Harmanice

Stay in this strategic place, in the heart of Hartmanic and close to the Šumava National Park, and you will have it with your family or friends a short walk to all the interesting and sought-after places of the magical Šumava, including bike trails or cross-country trails. A fully equipped spacious apartment on the first floor of a renovated apartment house, with the possibility of using a cellar, is fully at your disposal. A child under 2 years of age is not free of charge. Thank you for your understanding.

You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Enjoy the luxury of a constantly heated pool up to 40°C all year round and a Finnish sauna with a picturesque view of the stream, the Finnish sauna is ready in just 45 minutes for your exclusive use. Complete equipment, it is fully at your disposal. Colony glamping is the perfect escape for those looking for peace and relaxation in the middle of nature.

Welcome to the Werkhalle. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to arrive and feel good, with space for 2-6 people. It is the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with its breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the Flederwisch, Wildgarten and Felsengänge are in the immediate vicinity.
