One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you have all to yourself. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. A travel cot is available for the smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year around living.

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Villa by the sea 20 min south of Sundsvall

Within walking distance of 800 meters from Skatan's idyllic fishing village is our holiday home. Private plot with large grass lawn. Many excursions are in the surroundings. Closest to Skatan's cafe and restaurant that will, among other things, offer jazz evenings this summer. Galtström's mill is also a popular excursion destination with an old working environment with harbor and swimming at Vitsand. In Junibodsand and Lörudden there are also nice summer restaurants.
