Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was dammed and the road into Bogense drained and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. Vi har en dejlig lejlighed i forbindelse med vores gård, tæt på Vejlby Fed strand. Den er på 60 m2 og har køkken-bad, soveværelse, tv-wifi, stue på 1. sal. Lejligheden er velegnet til et par med 1-2 mindre børn. Vildmarksbad kan benyttes mod et gebyr på 300 kr./40 euro. Sauna kan også benyttes mod et gebyr på 300 kr /40 euro.Benyttelse af både vildmarksbad og sauna koster 500 kr/ 65 euro. Der ønskes en lettere rengøring ved afrejse, alternativt kan I betale et rengøringsgebyr på 400 kr.

Bjælkehus! så et rigtig hytte/sommerhus, hvor det emmer af mormor hygge! Ingen tv , eller internet ,men masser af bøger og spil .(der er god 5 og4 G forbindelse). Det er hyggeligt når brændeovnen er tændt, huset kan også opvarmes med varmepumpen, opvarmning kan startes inden ankomst. Med 200 meter ned til Fønsvig, hvor der er en badestrand., samt en lille badebro, hvor man lige kan snuppe en morgendukkert. Hvis man er til fiskeri, tager man ud og fanger havørred, samt andre fiskearter .
