The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 offers, in addition to a twin room, a cozy kitchen and a bathroom with shower tub, a large living room with 2 travel cots. Groß Lafferde is located directly on the B1 between Hildesheim and Braunschweig, Salzgitter. There are butchers and bakeries in the village, doctor's and dentist's office are available as well as a supermarket in about 2 km distance.

Even parking is easy to find. Otherwise 3 minutes' walk to railway line 9 (15 min to Kröpke). Nice restaurants nearby or in the famous Linden district (5 minutes by train). Nice surroundings with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

The place is close to Hannover Messe, Laatzen, Hanover City. Parking is available free of charge. The fair takes about 15 minutes by car (16 km). Hanover Central Station is 22 minutes away from Bennigsen (1.4 km away). From Lüdersen it is 5 minutes by bus to Bennigsen and then 22 minutes to Hanover. From there it is still 20 minutes by train to the fairgrounds.
