Fantastiskt skärgårdsboende!

Detta unika, fantastiska hus är byggt på 1700-talet men har renoverats flitigt under åren där gammal charm möter nytt. Huset är toppmodernt med bra faciliteter och värmesystem. Välisolerat. Allrummet med kök och vardagsrum mäter 4 meter i takhöjd och har braskamin och ett stort glasparti som ger en fantastisk utsikt mot poolen och havet. Det finns flera altandäck på tomten om totalt 300 kvm. Omgivningarna är vackra med hav, rikt djurliv och mycket skog samt 15 minuter gångavstånd till sjökrog.

Nybyggd Minivilla med lyxig känsla i natursköna områden. Sjö och kanotuthyrning nås på kort promenadavstånd, Tyresta naturreservat ligger inpå husknuten med milslånga vandringsleder och löpspår. Koppla av i bubbelpoolen under stjärnorna. Här andas lugnet medans citypulsen endast ligger 15 minuters bilfärd bort. Utan bil tar du dig istället smidigt in med bussen. Welcome to our cosy and modern house located on the scenic island of Muskö in stockholms archipelago, accessible by car (no ferries) within 50 minutes from central stockholm or by public transport within 90 minutes. The house has a comfortable standard and with 9+2 beds and is located within short walking distances from one of the best beaches you will find in the archipelago. It has a large wooden porch with a fire heated hot tub (accessible from may to september) and plenty of seating areas.

Unik sjötomt och pool bara 20 min från Stockholm C

Skapa nya minnen i detta unika , lyxiga och familjevänliga boende. Vårt hem längtar efter en familj som vill njuta av en underbar plats alla säsonger med öppna och sociala ytor. Här bor du med bästa söderläge med sol hela dagen , pool (sommar) och jacuzzi (vinter) , stor gräsmatta på sjötomt med tillgång till brygga, trampolin, båt för fiske, kajaker mm. Avskilt men endast 20 min från Stockholm C dit du enkelt kommer med buss bara några minuter från huset. Närhet till Tyresta naturreservat!

Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. Modern spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, terrace, barbecue and hot tub outside. Access to WiFi. Free parking. Note: The big terrace is high with fall hazard for small children.
