We rent out our apartment of 30 square meters. The apartment is part of a detached garage building on a plot in a quiet and pleasant residential area and has its own patio and parking. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine and shower cabin. Bed 140-cm wide. Extra bed can be arranged. Bus stop is about 7 minutes' walk, the bus takes 15-20 minutes to Gullmarsplan. 5 minutes' walk to Trollbäckens center with grocery stores, restaurants etc. No parties are allowed.

It's, of course, great to cook in the kitchen as there's plenty of space or visit the local restaurants in the mall or go shopping :)​ The apartment is closed to nature and 15 mins from the city with the train and 12 mins by car
