A light, Victorian home with south facing garden, sleeping 4 adults and 3/4 children, few mins walk along canal to Chichester centre and train station (Goodwood event shuttle bus). Ideal for Goodwood, Festival Theatre, Downs, Wittering's beaches. The beautiful canal and countryside are at the end of our peaceful street (South Bank), perfect for country walks, boat hire, canoeing (courses/ solo) paddle board hire or cycling (bikes available) to country pubs/ harbours. Toys and bikes free to use.

A spacious terrace overlooks the beach, featuring a wooden dining table and comfortable outdoor seating. Potted plants add greenery to the area. The sea stretches out in the distance under a bright sky, complemented by a sandy shoreline.

Beautiful, sandy, Ryde beach is within walking distance plus all the amenities Ryde provides. Close to the Hover, Catamaran and the Portsmouth/ Fishbourne Ferry.

Brays Cottage, Inkpen - Perfect Country Time...

Inkpen Cottage, just like "the holiday" film, with annexe and extension making it very stylish and quirky. Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. The Cottage is a new house in a seventeenth century beamed one with incredible views from the garden. The countryside is spectacular with more horse, bikes and paragliders passing by than cars...Dog safe Garden! The annexe is ideal for kids / grandparents

The house has a sleek modern design, accommodation includes a master suite, 3 double bedrooms, a spacious room with 4 singles beds. All bedrooms are en suite. The open plan living and dining space opens out to a deep terrace with superb Solent views. The master suite also has a balcony with sea views, a walkthrough wardrobe leading to bathroom with bath and separate shower. Above is a private terrace that takes in far reaching Solent views and affords stunning sunsets.

A perfect location to meet family and friends for that special event. Enjoy views over Chichester Harbour, to the Witterings, Chichester Cathedral, the South Downs etc. Wittering Sands is on the lagoon facing Hayling Island Sailing Club, a 5 minute walk. Eastoke beach & Sandy Point Nature Reserve are very close. Sparkes Marina with bar & restaurant is a short stroll away. The house has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and separate WC and lots of living space.
