Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The apartment is the extension of a very well maintained Kehdinger half-timbered house, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with cozy seats and children's play equipment. A gem in the Kehdinger Moor - personally decorated with love, in a brand new but old-style country house on 8,000 sqm property. Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, a quarter of an hour to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk, yet the apartment and kitchen are state-of-the-art equipped (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher, etc.).

The medical clinics can also be reached quickly on foot. Free parking space at the house. This studio is one of the cheapest ways to visit our beautiful old town and offers a good starting point for trips to Alte Land.
