The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a three-party house in Stade Kopenkamp with 2 sides of views over rooftops & treetops, quiet yet central. Whether the beautiful old town or the nearby idyllic lake, everything is within walking distance, also the train station & supermarket in about 13 minutes' walk. The charming old building apartment, newly renovated, is ideal for two or three. A sofa bed offers an additional sleeping space.

Well, WELCOME to Mittelsdorf:-) Feel invited to spend relaxing days at our cozy guesthouse - its 40sqm provide a cute kitchen, a modern bathroom and of course a homey lounge and bedroom. The bedroom can be reached via rather steep stairs, but once climbed, you are compensated by a comfy double bed (160cm) and a great view of the green garden. And if you are a little lucky, you might even be woken up by the cockcrow in the morning;-)

You are welcomed by a former stable, now a hall-like hall with a special atmosphere: Here you will find the small, stylish apartment, nestled in a beautiful natural ensemble. This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.

Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, a quarter of an hour to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Small but fine studio apartment in the heart of the old town of Stade. 3-5 min walk to the train station and city center, in a quiet location and only a few minutes from the meadows in the Schwingetal. The medical clinics are also within walking distance. Free parking at the house. This studio is one of the most affordable ways to visit our beautiful old town and offers a good starting point for trips to Alte Land.
