The marketplace is on the doorstep, but the 110m2 apartment still offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere. A highlight is the large exceptional kitchen with dining area and separate coffee bar, which invites you to cook and cozy get-togethers with friends or family. In the entrance area of the house there is a small outdoor area with table group that is only available to our guests.

Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.
