There is no final cleaning fee. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as access to the terrace and garden. Directly from the kitchen you can reach the bicycle garage. A wardrobe and guest toilet are also located on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor there are two rooms: one with a double bed, the other with two sofa beds for two people each. The living room has a fireplace, game library and balcony. A bathroom with a bathtub, shower and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer are also available. From 3 people, there is an additional living area on the 2nd floor, an additional living area with double bed, sofa bed and private bathroom is available. Sauna and gas grill are free to use. Pets are allowed on request, final cleaning fee: €25. Sauna use included!

The property is located opposite Kaiserswerth and 6.2 km from Meerbusch. Downtown to Düsseldorf is 19 km (24min), to Düsseldorf Airport 16Km (17min), to Messe Düsseldorf 15 km (20min). Ruhig located just off Rheindamm, the house surrounds a 10,000 sqm garden. The house itself, built in 1958, is two-story with about 370 square meters of living space. There are two spacious living rooms . The furnishing is modern classic. The house is suitable for families and trade fair visitors (companies).

This amazing old villa was built around 1930 and was renovated shortly and is therefore equipped to the latest standards. It is in our private use and everything made with love and passion. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms of 35, 25 and 14 sqm and a single room of 8 sqm), a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (15 sqm and 5 sqm) and a guest toilet. The garden is almost 1000 square meters. We are looking forward to our first AirBnB experience.

The Vogelsang country house is an old vicarage from 1904. It was renovated in 2020. The guest rooms "Cozy Sunset" and "Green Forest" are located on the second floor. The co-hosts, Thomas and Andrea Gademann, live on the ground floor. Dinner is usually available at the property by arrangement. There is a weekly menu with correspondingly changing fresh dishes and changing prices (€14-18). Anything else can be asked about by phone.
