Die Wohnung ca. 100m2 (4 Zi.KDB) befindet sich im 1. OG in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus. Speziell eingerichteter Arbeitsplatz. Im historischen Ortskern von Haltern sind die vielen gemütlichen Lokale und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kirchplatz und die Fußgängerzone vorm Haus locken zum Marktbesuch und bei gutem Wetter zu Eis, leckeren Gerichten und Drinks. Die Umgebung kann zu Fuß oder per Rad erkundet werden. Ladestation für Fahrräder am Marktplatz Tiere nicht erlaubt.

Our apartment in the beautiful district of Sythen-Lehmbraken, the city of Haltern am See. In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.
