Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Søbred's summer cottage in Rebild, Hornum lake

The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

The perfect retreat for relaxation and a break from everyday life, close to Kattegat. A cozy wooden house in quiet surroundings, on a natural plot where you can experience deer, up close. The house is within walking distance of a child-friendly beach and the lagoon with a fishing lake. At the lagoon there is also a campsite where it is possible to use their playground, swimming pool and play mini golf. The opportunity to pick up breakfast at a local supermarket, eat out or get an ice cream in the local cafes.

Relax in a peaceful guest house only 700 meters from a child-friendly beach. Apart from the house you would have access to our 8000 sq meter garden where there is ample room for ball games and relaxing in the nature. On the property there is a very friendly and cuddly dog and a cat. The dog do not have access to or around the immediate guest house. There is a possibility to charge your electric vehicle across the road. Note: Animals are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.
