The beach at Hou/Hals is extremely child-friendly, it is allowed to have your dog on a leash. Distance to supermarket is 3 km. 30 minutes to Aalborg and 40 to Frederikshavn

The villa dates from 1922 and while it has been modernized, much of the style has been preserved. The villa is on 3 floors. Laundry and storage basement, ground floor with dining room, sofa room, kitchen and bathroom and 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, a children's room and a toilet.

You get the sea in the backyard with only 150 meters to the beach, 250 meters to the marina and 200 meters to the city center with shops, restaurants, bars and playgrounds etc. The house is well equipped with 12 beds. For extra needs, guests can use 1 extra bedroom with a double bed by appointment. The house has a large garden and terrace. It is possible to set up a tent or a caravan on the property, by appointment.
