House with spa, lovely garden and only 7 km to the beach.

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

The house's focal point and heart room are the large bright kitchen-living room and living room with an amazing amount of light. The entire summerhouse reflects a simple and bright design that offers relaxation in the beautiful surroundings. The cottage has 3 good rooms, all with a double bed. In the garden there is a wooden terrace on both sides, so the sun can be enjoyed at all times of the day. Close to the summerhouse is the Lagunen, where there is a fishing lake, mini golf and much more. The cottage is near a super nice kid-friendly beach.

Cottage with views of nature

Lovely cottage located in a quiet area, and overlooking meadow, with very rich wildlife. 80 m2 terrace, with several dining areas and sun loungers. The living room is bright and nice, with lots of windows. The house also has a new kitchen with almost all the equipment. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer and refrigerator. However, there is NO freezer. Living room with large dining table and 6 chairs. Trip Trap high chair 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, and a baby/weekend bed.

The house is originally from 1895, totally renovated in 2023 with an eye for quality. The house contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. The home is on 2 floors and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

The property is located in the Aslund forest area on the outskirts of Vester Hassing, where there are shopping opportunities and a 5 minute walk to cozy farm shop and cafe (Fredensfryd). Summer house in Hals near beach and town.

We have now been renovating the interior of our beautiful cottage. The house is about 1200 meters to the beach, within walking distance. Approximately 500 meters to the Lagoon where there is a market in the summer. At the lagoon, there is also a tavern and restaurant. The house is about 3 km from Hals town and 2 km from Hou town. You can take the bus from Aalborg/Nr. Sundby, which stops about 500 meters from the house.
