The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. 50m from the lake shore is the "Sonnwirtstöckl“, a converted, old Zuhäusl, oriented to the south and to the lake, located in a quiet and sunny location in St.Gilgen with public bathing place directly on site. The attic of this guest house was converted into a special, large 104m² apartment: open old visible wooden construction, a spacious living-dining area with glass front to the veranda, topped still by a fantastic lake and mountain views.
