The apartment is located in Halle (Westphalia) in a settlement house. Surrounded by fields in a cul-de-sac location, it is very quiet here. The apartment is located on two floors on the first and second floor. In the lower part of the apartment is a small room with a sofa bed on which children or another 3rd person could sleep. From here it goes via a staircase to the second floor. Here is the kitchen with a small dining area, the shower room and the bedroom.

Beautiful 90m2 apartment with large balcony (about 10m2) in a quiet residential area. The apartment was partially renovated in August 2015 and is very well maintained. Convenient location close to university and close to Teutoburg Forest (each 15 min. walk) as well as connection to line 4 (stop "Lohmannshof", 5 min).
