Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The property has a kitchenette two hot plates and a fridge with small freezer compartment. There is also a microwave, electric kettle and coffee making facilities. Travel cot for baby is available and also bikes to borrow. The apartment is on the second floor of a dwelling house and the stairs up are narrow and a bit steep. The accommodation is located on the outskirts of central Röstånga in a quiet residential area with proximity to both Söderåsen National Park's various hiking trails, to Odensjön and to the city center where you will find a cafe, restaurant and grocery store! You also have walking distance to Röstånga camping, several playgrounds, to outdoor gyms, etc.

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Beautiful stuga with welcome breakfast!

Our stuga is in the heart of Skåne County, South Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad can be reached within one hour. The stuga stands in a hilly and wooded environment where many beautiful walks can be made. There are trips to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golf, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy both in summer and winter months.

Scenic area with forest and valleys very close to many sights including Yangtorp and Skåne's highest waterfall in a hiking area called Forsakar. About 16 km to the sea with long beaches. Close to Haväng,Brösarps Backar and Kiviks musteri on Österlen and a very beautiful nature conservation area with the sea that meets the rocks.
