During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The apartment is lovingly and tastefully decorated, the equipment consists of high-quality wooden furniture in the rural style. Through the panoramic window from the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. Simsee is almost at your feet, Chiemsee and the Lake District are in close proximity. Cycling, hiking, swimming, mountain climbing, skiing or just relaxing. Almost everything is possible here.

Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

The modernly furnished vacation apartment "Beim Nik with Wanderreitstation" is located in Almertsham, a district of Höslwang in Chiemgau, in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Bavaria, on a horse farm surrounded by numerous lakes and hills. Modern one-room apartment

Modern, bright and ground-level apartment for two people. Ideal for a stay in beautiful Chiemgau. The accommodation is part of a detached house with separate entrance and private terrace. We are a young family with a toddler who is discovering the world - occasionally it can be a little more lively. We look forward to seeing guests who don't have a problem with this :)
