The apartment is on the raised ground floor on the street side on Dorfstraße, approx. a 10-minute walk from the train station. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, doctors, walking, cycling and hiking trails. In the village center (about 500 m) there are more supermarkets, shops serving everyday needs, restaurants, cafes, the train station and tourist information.

WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 people, 3 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT €125.00 FINAL CLEANING will be charged and that the tourist tax of €2.60 per adult (children up to the age of 15 free) must be paid directly on site in cash. COST for pets €20 per day!

A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen seperaten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe oberhalb von Ramsau und gehört zu Hainzenberg. Am Fuße der Anhöhe sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen. Zu Fuss sind das ca. 300 Meter. Im Winter fährt von hier aus auch der Skibus zur Horbergbahn und zur Zillertal Arena.
