Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

The wash house

The washhouse is located on the Schacherbauer farm overlooking the orchard. It is minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished, with shower, toilet, large comfortable sofa bed, ample storage space and a large terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used at an additional cost. (up to 6-8 people) On the farm there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open on Friday afternoon. Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Beautiful apartment in our new building. The apartment has a separate entrance and is completely separate from the main building. The pleasantly cool apartment has three beds and a sofa bed for up to two more people. A stay with (small) children is also suitable. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances: Refrigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher. The bathroom with window has a shower and a washing machine.

Country house in Julbach

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The accommodation in Julbach is about 15 km from the historic old town of Burghausen. Simbach am Inn, but also Braunau am Inn in Austria can be reached in a few minutes. Salzburg is about 50 km away. There are some lakes around the house (Bergham, Wöhrsee, Marktl). In winter you can visit some Christmas markets. It is also not far to the mountains for hiking.
