This bright, new-style terraced house is equipped for 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area and a guest toilet. Upstairs is the bathroom with rain shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The second one with two single beds. In the storage room you will find a washer-dryer, drying rack and vacuum cleaner. We also welcome 4-legged friends. A lump sum of €50 will be charged.

In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometres away. Leisure facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station,Waloseum and automobile & play equipment museum are located in Norddeich. The tea museum is located in Norden.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

We live quietly in Norden-Ostermarsch , but reach the beaches of Norddeich or Neßmersiel in 8 km each. Exciting bike rides can be started from here. For your bicycles, there is a lockable room. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette . No pets are permitted by us.
