Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. We live close to cultural experiences such as Aros, Den Gamle By, Moesgaard Museum, Museum Østjylland, Randers Kunstmuseum, Randers Regnskov, Djurs Sommerland, etc. Mols Bjerge National Park, Dollerup Hills. 20-40 minutes drive to a beach. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
