There are large expanses and nature experiences close to Gudenåen with rich bird life and good hiking opportunities - both on foot, by bike and by canoe on Gudenåen. The apartment has a French balcony overlooking the sunset over the hilly fields along the Gudenådalen. 15 minutes to Randers and 7 minutes to Langå by train to Aarhus C, which can be reached in 25 minutes.

Here you have a private home that is a short distance to public transport, shopping and beautiful nature. You have your own apartment with private entrance, private toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is divided into a living room and bedroom. In the living room, you will find a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable two-person bed, as well as a table with space for 4 people. The bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The apartment is located in a quiet area with immediate parking attached.

In addition, the home has a large bathroom and a quiet bedroom with a double bed. The sofa is a sofa bed, and the apartment therefore accommodates up to 4 people. The home is located in a scenic area, only 8.3 km (about 20 minutes by car) from Aarhus C. In addition, close to Skejby Hospital, close to bus connections and the light rail.

25 min fra Århus midtby ligger denne lejlighed på en nedlagt gård. I den vil I være tæt på byen, på stranden, på Djurs sommerland og mange andre seværdigheder her i Midtjylland. Når I kører ind på gårdspladsen ser man den hyggelige gårdhave og orangeriet med brændeovn, som I kan hygge ved og børnene kan lege i den store have. Lejligheden har et soveværelse, stue med en lækker sovesofa og et mindre køkken og et lækkert badeværelse med toilet!
