Cozy cottage, lovely view, close to Faaborg

Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

Homely townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not big, but lovely with the possibility of barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. My neighbors rarely make noise, even though we live close by. The house has an open kitchen and living area with large windows. 3 rooms with blackout curtains and insect nets. Mezzanine with 2 sleeping places. 1 toilet and 1 toilet/bath. Large well-furnished terrace and lovely enclosed garden with lawn. Electricity and water are billed separately. Electricity 4.50 DKK/kwh Water 75 DKK/M3. The tenant must bring bed linens, towels, dish towels and kitchen towels.

Wooden house with panoramic views

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

The cottage was renovated in 2020. Contains 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The top floor contains a bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and the Little Belt. The lower floor contains 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway. From both rooms, there is direct access to the outside. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is a safety gate from the living room. Large southwest-facing terrace. Cool corridor to the west and north. 200 meters above Feddet to a good beach.

Stylish house in beautiful natural surroundings

Super nice house by Kelstrup Strand - 400 meters to the water. Lovely elevated with views of fields and nature. Good swimming opportunities by the beach as well as great walking and biking in the area. Quiet neighborhood with only 10 minutes into the city of Haderslev with shopping and commerce. The house is built in 2016 - brand new with nice decor as seen in the pictures.
