The area is quiet and located a few minutes from the pedestrian street and the city center. On the same street is the theater mill and small cozy shops (retro lamps, vintage home interiors and a small butcher shop). Grocery stores are a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Parties are not allowed in the apartment.

Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.
