In the middle of the old town of Alkmaar overlooking the Waagtoren and the Waagplein is this lovely light renovated upstairs apartment. Step out the door and you are directly in the bustling center of Alkmaar. Many stores, coffee shops, restaurants, it's all just around the corner. And then also located on the most beautiful canal in Alkmaar. Please note: Climbing stairs is inevitable, the first staircase is narrow and steep. The Waagtoren makes itself heard every fifteen minutes, just like the bustling city center.

Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Historical house with a great living room, dinning room and kitchen. There are 2 sleeping rooms with in total 5 beds. The neighbourhous is quit and its only a few stepts from the naional park "de kennemerduinen" 10 minutes by train to Haarlem and 30 minutes by train to the city of Amsterdam were you can have dinner or to go out. Parking for free in the street. Alleready got more then 130 enthousiastic guests in my house, they all want to come back. Alle basic shops arround the corner. SUPER!!!

We look forward to welcoming you in our comfortable saloon house, located on the edge of the village of Vijfhuizen, in the green area of Nieuwebrug, where you can wake up to the chirping of birds every morning. Haarlem is 5 minutes, the airport is 15 minutes, Zandvoort and Amsterdam are about 20 minutes away by car from the house. The house is primarily recommended for those arriving by car, as the nearest public transport is at least 20 minutes away. There are also free bikes in the house.
