This Tiny House, lovingly built by the owners themselves, is uniquely located on the water (a canal) in the green outskirts of Spaarnwoude. The perfect combination of space, nature and proximity to the cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a dining area. There is a terrace on the jetty outside. On the first floor, there is a double bed and a sofa, where you can enjoy the special view over the canal.

The room has a private bathroom (shower and sink) and there is a separate toilet for private use. Our dike house is just 5 minutes' walking distance from Amsterdam The Style Outlets. The station where the train to Amsterdam (10 minutes), Haarlem, Schiphol and Zandvoort departs is also a 5-minute walk away. There is the possibility to park for free on private property.
