Small, cozy vacation home, 60 m² (646 sq ft), about 200 meters (656 ft) from the beach in the lovely Faldsled and Millinge area, a short distance from Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg town. There are lovely views from the living room and terrace over the meadow area and look to the water. The house is bright and lovely, featuring a kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with a double box mattress (160 x 200), a narrow staircase up to a loft with a double mattress, and a small room with 2 beds (80 x 190) for children. Lovely terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 m from a lovely swimming beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, Falsled Kro and a very good harbor grill: "Vandkanten." We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, fishing and cycling. The Øhavsstien, a 220 km long hiking trail around the entire South Funen Øhav, starts at Falsled Harbor.

Perfect place for hiking on Helnæs Made. Fishing and bird watching, lovely beach for swimming in the Little Belt. If you are into kite surfing, paragliding or paddleboarding, it is also an option. A perfect way to stay in the middle of nature. Langholm is and has been a family farm for over 80 years and exudes nostalgia, coziness, and good stories. The farm is close to shopping. A small romantic gem right in our own backyard in Herrested near Ørbæk on Funen. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
