Genieße von der großen Terrasse aus den Ausblick auf den Garten mit freiem Blick auf die Felder. Wenn Du die Natur und die Ruhe genießen möchtest und es trotzdem nicht weit zu den Ostseestränden und zu Seen haben willst, bist du hier richtig. Zur Peene (Amazonas des Nordens) kann man zu Fuß laufen, ca. 10 Min. Zum Badeort Lubmin: 45min mit dem Auto.

Small vacation home in Sanz Hof Drei

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Ferienhaus! Mit rund 18 qm bietet es Platz für 1-2 Personen. Wir leben in Sanz Hof III - einem Dorf mit rund 25 Einwohnern, das mitten auf den Feldern liegt. Hier ist es sehr ruhig und es gibt wenig Autoverkehr. So ist dieser Ort bestens für eine Auszeit, zum Schreiben oder künstlerischen Arbeiten geeignet. Greifswald ist 20 Km entfernt, zum Ostseestrand in Lubmin sind es 25 Km. Wir freuen uns über Gäste, die die Ruhe und Natur zu schätzen wissen!

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with rooftop views. Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Landhaus Marie

The Marie country house is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house just for you. Here is a place to feel good, to switch off, to come to rest. No noise pollution, no real car traffic, but nights when it still gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes away by car. For the essentials, there is an old "Konsum" [consumer cooperative] in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

Morgens wecken euch sanft die Rufe der Kraniche. Unsere Jurte bietet alles was du brauchst — und lässt weg was du nicht brauchst. Vollausgestattete Küche, eigenes Badehäuschen mit Rainshower-Dusche, Queensize-Bett, Lagerfeuerstelle und Badeseen. Unsere Gäste sagen, dass das der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Runterkommen ist.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Das gemütliche Apartment bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Genießen Sie den Blick in den Obstgarten, während Sie in der sonnigen Südseite des Hauses entspannen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Küche, einem großzügigen Bad und einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem ausklappbaren Schlafsessel.

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswald Bodden. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to the desired locations quickly by car. In the studio apartment there is a 140 cm wide box spring bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The small garden invites you to barbecue and offers relaxation.

Die romantische Einraumwohnung im Landhaus liegt in Menzlin. Das ruhige Dorf befindet sich 2 km von der Peene entfernt, dem "Amazonas des Nordens". Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.
