Upstairs is the sleeping area along with toilet and shower. Skylights where you can see the trees in the morning. A place to enjoy, a place to start from and a place for vacation.

Charming guest house on Northern Lagnö

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis by the sea. Norra Lagnö is only a 20-minute drive from Slussen and a 5-minute drive from Gustavsberg. If you like climbing, Skevik's cave is about 1.5 km away, where you'll find fantastic routes for different levels. Please note that the bathroom and washing machine are 10 meters away in the basement level of the main building (which the tenant has sole access to). SUP boards are included if you want to go out on the water, as well as the opportunity to borrow bikes. Welcome!

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

20 sqm apartment in scenic area, close to the sea and nature. You have a small patio to use, 3 minutes to the beach & sea. A lovely walk along the water or through the forest, the area also offers popular bike paths. Parking is included. Close to Gustavsberg where you will find cafés, restaurants, shopping and activities. The apartment has a 160 cm double bed, dining area, kitchen, TV & a sofa bed. Bathroom with washing machine. Newly renovated, modern little "fisherman's cottage" with furnished sun deck and orangery. 200 meters to swimming, possibility of sauna (for a fee) with panoramic views of the water, sun-warm cliffs and private dock next to the fairway. Nature reserve around the corner with lovely hiking trails. 20 minutes by car or 45 enjoyable minutes by boat from Strömkajen, Stockholm City with landing at Koviksudde, then about a 10-minute walk. Bicycle rental nearby! NOTE: The stay in the cottage is only for the tenants!

The house has its own bathroom, WC and shower, as well as a simple pantry with fridge, microwave, water boiler and cooking stove. We provide complete bedding for up to two. One room with one bed but there is room for a mattress if you are two. You have your own door facing the street in a nice, family friendly suburban neighborhood. Welcome! :)
