That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

Right outside the door, there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. It is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities both in summer and winter.

There are two bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. A spacious hall adjacent to both toilets, sauna, shower and washing machine. Walking distance to Högfjällshotellet and with 10 minutes by car you can get to all the facilities you may need.

Approximately 10 minutes to Stöten ski resort, approximately 25 minutes to Sälenfjällens facilities and approximately 40 minutes to Trysil. Next to the cabin, there are cross-country ski trails 3 and 8 km and snowmobile trails. In summer, there are nice hiking trails around the area and it is 2 km to Södra Kungsleden. 500 m to Görälven for fishing, 25 min to Rörbäcksnäs with its well-known mountain bike trails. There are also several swimming areas within a few km distance. Sauna!

Ski bus passes the plot several times a day in winter and easily takes you to and from Tandådalen/Hundfjället. You can also take a short walk of about 500 meters to the lifts in Östra Tandådalen. The area connects to several cross-country tracks that are connected to both the Myrflodammen and the Kalven loops. We also welcome dogs in the cottage.

Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.

Välplanerat attefallshus ett stenkast från längdspåret! Huset ligger med närhet till Högfjället i ett naturskönt område med ett fint ski-in/outläge. Du tar dig enkelt till skidbackarna och i området passerar fina längdskidspår som tar dig mot Högfjället eller Tandådalen. En liten bit bort passerar skoterleder vilka du kan ansluta till från bostaden. I huset finns ett sovrum med en enkelsäng och förvaring samt ett rymligt loft med dubbelsäng. Badrum med wc, kommod och dusch. Praktisk hall.
