This semi-detached house has an unparalleled sunny location overlooking Hundfjället & Tandådalen. That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

In bedroom 1 there are 2 bunk beds with 90 cm mattresses. In bedroom 2, there is a bed with 140 cm mattress. Bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and sauna. In the hallway there are drying cabinets and shoe dryer. In the cabin no pets or smoking are allowed. Please bring own sheets and towels. Before departure, the guests clean themselves. The cabin is located on a large plot in lovely Gusjösätern overlooking the ski slopes in Östra Tandådalen. The area is genuine and has a lovely tranquility all year round. Ski bus passes the plot several times a day in winter and easily takes you to and from Tandådalen/Hundfjället. You can also take a short walk of about 500 meters to the lifts in Östra Tandådalen. The area connects to several cross-country tracks that are connected to both the Myrflodammen and the Kalven loops. We also welcome dogs in the cottage.

Välplanerat attefallshus ett stenkast från längdspåret! Huset ligger med närhet till Högfjället i ett naturskönt område med ett fint ski-in/outläge. Du tar dig enkelt till skidbackarna och i området passerar fina längdskidspår som tar dig mot Högfjället eller Tandådalen. En liten bit bort passerar skoterleder vilka du kan ansluta till från bostaden. I huset finns ett sovrum med en enkelsäng och förvaring samt ett rymligt loft med dubbelsäng. Badrum med wc, kommod och dusch. Praktisk hall.

Lägenhet, byggd 2020, hyres ut i Lindvallen Sälen. En av norra Europas största skidorter. Bästa Ski in/Ski out läge. 30 meter från backen. Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

Booked usually Saturday to Saturday during high season.

Cozy, traditional cottage up on the mountain. The cottage is close to the ski slopes of Östra Tandådalen. By car it takes about 5 minutes and the ski bus goes on the road below. Cross-country trails around the knot. Summertime there are activities like hiking and biking in the area. To Högfjäll area with restaurants and grocery store it is a few kilometers.
