Bright, and airy with windows throughout and a spectacular view of the redwoods. You are just under a ten minute car ride away from the beach. The property is on 3 acres with over 100 redwoods too large to put your arms around. The large decks, stone patio and pathways, hot tub, and grill add to the opportunity to forest bathe and enjoy the outdoor beauty.

Use our kayaks and paddle your worries away, or make a splash with memories that stick. Note, kayaks are not available Oct 1 until Mid April due to unsafe water conditions. Party in the backyard in our hot tub that screams fun in the sun!

BEFORE BOOKING: Be aware that the cozy second bedroom is not attached to the house, it is accessed through the main bedroom and a just few steps across the deck. Adventure awaits at Vacation Beach! Guernevilla is our happy place and pretty sure it'll become yours too. This charming family- and dog-friendly home offers everything you need to kick back and relax, including a chef's kitchen, outdoor dining, a front porch that overlooks an enclosed patio courtyard and a fully fenced and private backyard with 4-person hot tub. Two different beaches with river access are both just a short 5-7 minute walk away.

The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.

This is a family-friendly home, and to keep it that way, we trust that you will clean up after your children accordingly. If not, we will need to charge additional cleaning fees.
