Here you will find peace and fantastic nature, while living within walking distance of Gudhjem's steep streets, the harbour environment, restaurants, supermarkets, a visitor farm, food culture house, swimming pool, paddle courts, etc. The house has all modern necessities, but at the same time exudes the original charm of it was built as a summerhouse in 1938.

Beautiful house on the rocky island

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Where there's a volleyball court and a spring spring. Then you need cozy walks, swim in the water, this unique place is obvious

Unique home, newly built in 2023 and located only 10 meters from the water with full panoramic view. Bathing directly from the garden via the cliffs or 2 min walk to idyllic jetty with sauna and wilderness bath. Large private terrace facing the water with shelter and lounge area as well as balcony on the 1st floor with stunning views to Christiansø and along the coast to Allinge. Super kid-friendly house with a full 145 m2 and children's beach 2 min walk along the coast. All the equipment and furniture of the highest quality.

Summer house with 25 m to the water and 180 degrees of ocean view

Enjoy a holiday in beautiful, idyllic, cozy surroundings in the newly built red wooden cottage "Søglimt". The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Sea View House in Scenic Nature

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach. The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

Lovely house with sea view

Spacious house with fabulous sea view and close to the ocean. Houses up to eight people. Stairs are child safe and children/baby beds and chairs are available. Three bedrooms on three floors (top floor: 1x double and 1xsingle bed, living room floor: 1x double bed, basement: 2x double bed). New bathroom and 2xtoilets. Cosy kitchen with new appliances and a lovely light living room. Outdoor terraces on both sides of the house with ocean view. Hip bar and bistro in town.

Fully modernized farmhouse, located in beautiful nature near the village of Rø. A place suitable for relaxation and contemplation. The home consists of a living room/kitchen with a cozy dining area and a fully functional kitchen. There is a view of a beautiful natural garden with a rocky lake and birdsong. Nicely furnished house with seaviews situated just at Tejn port. 6 beds and 2 guestbeds allows comfortable sleeping for upto 8 persons. The house is fully equipped with all modern facilities. Just 100 meters from the house you can bath in the ocean from a latter on the clifs. There is a lovely terrace in the garden with sea view, garden table with 8 chairs and corresponding cushions. There is a covered patio where you can sit if the weather is boring.
