Bungalow Azul

Located on the edge of the beautiful Cerro Cahui Biosphere, we offer extraordinary views of the mountains which hold a plethora of native flora and wildlife. We have 6 private Bungalows (4 with private bathrooms), a 6 bed Dormitory, and a 4 bed Palapa, a tree platform, as well we offer camping in our gardens. In addition to the private bathrooms we have shared bathrooms, and 3 outdoor showers. We regularly have monkeys in the trees, toucans and parakeets singing throughout the garden.

Finca Sacmoc is a private location located 39 km from the city of Cobán. It is open to visitors looking to enjoy nature in a safe environment away from population centers and with environmental awareness. On site you will be able to walk under forests, get to know its flora and fauna, immerse yourself in crystal clear rivers, visit majestic waterfalls and live with locals to learn how to live in rural Guatemala. To get there, you will need a 4x4 vehicle.

Ubicado en el pintoresco pueblo de Santa Catarina Palopo a solo 5 min de Panajachel, esta hermosa cabaña de madera con vista frente al Lago de Atitlán es parte de un complejo de 6 cabañas rodeadas de naturaleza y tranquilidad ubicada a solo unos pasos de las aguas termales y el embarcadero de lanchas. Nuestro parqueo es externo, ubicado a 8 minutos de caminata debido a que estamos enfrente de la playa pública y no se permite el ingreso de vehículos .

This is one of our petite bungalows. Its quite small but beautifully handcrafted. It is ideal for a single traveler, a couple or good friends. This bungalow is highest up on our property, but is my favourite as it has an amazing live tree growing in the bathroom which has orchids growing on it. It also has a front porch, and secondary sitting area. Prices drastically lower for direct booking and with more available dates.
