Views of volcanoes and a park are available for walking, reading, and relaxing. It's a comfortable home for families or groups of relatives who want to share, relax, and visit Antigua in a pleasant family atmosphere. Do not welcome groups of friends or colleagues for parties of any kind. No more than 10 persons are allowed.

It's a family house, we only live the couple, the atmosphere is quiet, relaxed, a neighborhood with little movement, there is space for parking of one or two small vehicles. Nearby there are shopping malls that have convenience stores, banks, laundromats, restaurants, grocery stores, beauty salons, bakeries and many more amenities. From the residence to these shopping malls can be reached on foot in no more than 5 minutes. It is also located near Cayalá city.
