This cozy wood and stone cabin is located at the top of a mountain in a small Mayan village. The cabin overlooks the mountains and is surrounded by nature and tranquility. We are a 30-minute drive from the village of Lanquin (partially on a bumpy dirt road in very poor condition) and then a 200-meter walk on a rocky and sometimes muddy and slippery mountain path! If you are an adventurous nature lover and want to wake up in the clouds to an epic view, then this place is for you!!

El Níspero II is a 2-story apartment located in the same cabin, which contains two apartments. This property is located in downtown Panajachel. The cabin is at the foot of a mountain and is surrounded by a forest which fosters an atmosphere of peace, comfort and nature. The apartment on the first level has an equipped kitchen and dining area, and on the second level is the bedroom and private bathroom. All areas are private!

This cabin is ideal if you like a place in contact with nature, and have the proximity of restaurants, shopping malls and home delivery. It is a safe environment (it has an entrance gate control). The area is 1500 square meters and is shared with a mini loft located 25 meters away. So you have total privacy.
